The International Organizational Change Management Institute known as The IOCMI, was initiated in 2011 by the registration of the global domain, www.iocmi.com, iocmi.org, and the formation of a Board of Advisors (Read more on iocmi.org) and the formation of a Board of Directors. Together, these boards agreed to the standards and the release of the international OCM standards, respectively.
In July 2015, activities to operationalize the IOCMI began, driven by the following mission and vision: IOCMI Mission : To achieve international standards of Organizational Change Management principle
IOCMI Vision : To obtain support for the process of achieving international standards of Organizational Change Management principles and practices.
